The new Guild UI window is pretty self explanatory. The only questions seem to be related to the sorting options for the Roster. Listed below are the sortable options and their meaning:
Guild Activity (weekly)
Displays the weekly Guild Experience each player has earned for the current week. This caps at 1,575,002 Experience. Therefore, no player's weekly Guild Activity can be higher than 1,575,002 Experience. This can also be used to determine the amount of Guild Reputation each player has earned for the week. Simply divide the number by 450.
Guild Activity (total)
Diplayes the total Guild Experience each player has earned. This number never resets and never caps. This number continues to increase even if the Guild is Daily Experience Capped or if the player is Weekly Guild Reputation Capped. You can use this number to see who has contributed most to your guild.

Guild Reputation Cap
Guild Leveling, or Guild Advancement, is a brand new feature in World of Warcraft. It was added with the addition of Patch 4.0.3 and went live with the release of the Cataclysm Expansion. It, quite simply, is a way for your Guild to gain Experience and gain Levels. As your Guild gains Levels, all members of the Guild will be given access to special in-game abilities, called Guild Perks, as well as access to in-game items. There are also hundreds of new Achievements available, called Guild Achievements.
Guild Experience Rate: 4:1
For every 4 Experience a character earns, the guild earns 1 Guild Experience until capped.
First off, this is an automatic process. There is nothing required by the Guild Leader, Offiers, or Members to enable this function. Nor is there a minimum Member requirement. If you create a Guild and are the sole member of that Guild, you can gain Experience for your Guild. The following are methods of earning Experience:
Completing Quests: For every Quest and Daily Quest that each member of the Guild completes, Experience goes towards the Guild. The more Experience the Quest rewards, the more Experience the Guild earns. Guild Experience can still be earned even if the member is the maximum level and only receives Gold as a reward.
Killing Bosses: When a party or raid consisting of 75% or more members of the Guild kills a Dungeon or Raid Instanced Boss, Experience goes towards the Guild. There is no affect on Guild Experience if the party or raid consists of less than 75% members of the Guild.
Note: A party must consist of at least 4 Guild members. A raid must consist of at least 19 Guild members. (Assuming they are full groups)Heroic Dungeon Bosses: 24,800 Guild Experience

Winning Rated Battlegrounds and Arenas: When a party or raid consisting of 75% or more members of the Guild wins a Rated Battleground or Arena, Experience goes towards the Guild. There is no affect on Guild Experience if the party or raid consists of less than 75% members of the Guild or if the party or raid loses.
Note: 5-man Group requires 4 Guild Members. 10-man Group requires 8 Guild Members. 15-man Group requires 12 Guild Members. (Assuming they are full groups)(From what we can tell, Arenas and Battlegrounds are not rewarding Guild Experience - despite the fact that the game says Guild Groups can earn Guild Achievements and Guild Experience)

As the Guild earns Experience, it will gain Levels. At any point in time, you can open your Guild Window on your UI to view your Guild's current Level, current Experience, and Experience required for the next Level. Guild Levels are covered in the next section.
It is obvious that the fastest method of gaining Experience for your Guild is to have many members. The formula is linear, thus the more participating members you have, the faster the Guild will increase in Guild Levels (mainly due to the much faster completion of Guild Achievements). In the Guild Window, you can track each member's contribution to the Guild, among other statistics. Through this, you can see which members are doing the most work and which members are doing the least.
Guild Experience Cap: 6246k per day
Currently, there is a daily cap for earning Guild Experience. A Guild can only earn 6.2 million experience a day from Guild member contribution (earning Guild Achievements will still count, even if the guild is capped). The daily cap resets at 3am server time; the same time as daily quests.
The Guild Experience Cap is put in place so that smaller guilds have the same opportunity to progress on par with larger guilds.
Guild Reputation Rate: 450:1
For every 450 Experience a character earns, the character earns 1 Guild Reputation until capped.
As you accomplish the above, your character will earn Guild Reputation. All Guild Reputation is gained as a factor of Guild Experience earned. Meaning, the more Experience you earn, the more Reputation you earn.
Guild Reputation is divided into the same tiers as any other reputation: Neutral, Friendly, Honorable, Revered, and Exalted. For each tier, your character gains access to certain Guild Rewards, available via a Guild Vendor. There is a Guild Vendor at the Visitor's Center in every single major city for both factions. Below is a list of the current Guild Rewards and how to acquire them.
Guild Reputation Cap: 3500 per week
However, there is a weekly cap for earning Guild Reputation. A character can only earn 3500 Guild Reputation per week. The weekly cap resets on Tuesday at 3am server time. The reputation cap is equivalent to earning 1,575,002 Experience.
The Guild Reputation Cap is put in place so that it takes time to earn the most prestigious Guild Rewards.
The following is a list of all of the current Guild Rewards. These are purchasable from Guild Vendors (which are located in every major city) once your Guild has unlocked the reward. Once a Guild Reward is unlocked, any member of the guild who meets the required reputation to purchase that Guild Reward can purchase that item even if that member did not contribute to unlocking the Guild Reward.

In total, there are 25 Guild Levels. When a Guild is created, it starts at Level 1. As it gains Experience, it will gain Levels at set intervals, just as a Character would. The purpose of Guild Levels is to unlock Guild Perks. There is a Guild Perk tied to each Guild Level. As expected, the Guild Perks for the low Guild Levels are quite basic and nominal. Whereas the Guild Perks for the high Guild Levels can be extremely useful.
Note: There are no specific requirements for any Guild Level. It is purely based off of Experience. Theoretically, a Guild with 1 member can reach Level 25, it would just take a long time.
