1. How does KFGuides exactly work?
We offer many free guides that you can simply view or download. Our guides typically are in PDF format, making it very easy for you to view. For our paid guides, you will receive a download link via e-mail once you go through the purchasing process. You then download the guide you paid for and are free to view/print it as many times as you want. If you ever lose your guide, we will gladly send you a fresh download link to re-download your guide. Overall, we try to be as customer-friendly as possible.

2. How do I receive updates to my guides once I purchase them?
We continually update our guides. Our updates usually include added details, easier-to-read formats, or fixing mistakes. Once we have an update available, a new download link for the updated guide will be sent to the same e-mail that you used when purchasing the guide. You can then simply download the updated guide just as you did the original.

3. Am I able to receive refunds if I do not like your guide?
We currently do not offer any refund of any kind for purchased guides after you have downloaded them. Some exemptions are made if you accidently purchased the wrong guide, duplicate guides, etc. But if you purchase correctly, download the guide, and are not satisfied, there is nothing we can offer you at this time. Unlike our competitors, we offer only what we say we do. We also give you a preview of our leveling guides from Levels 1-10, which is taken directly from the guides you purchase. This is why we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

4. What other guides are you working on?
We are currently working on an in-depth Gathering Guide which will direct you to areas to get your gathering skill from 1 to the maximum. We are also working on in-depth Class and Crafting guides which will go into much detail for each. Some other ideas we have are for guides on named that drop loot, how to siege a fortress, and a few others. We hope to have some new content out early into 2010.

5. What other games will you write guides for?
Currently, the only other game we are considering is FFXIV. Though, we have not decided whether or not we will pursue the game yet.

6. When will the Asmodian/Elyos Leveling Guides be completed?
These leveling guides take a considerable amount of time to complete. In order to complete the Elyos guide, we are currently leveling an Elyos character from 1-50 so that we can accurately update the guide and finish it. In order to complete the Asmodian guide, we are also leveling a new Asmodian character. In addition to having our Level 50s, playing the game, and running a legion, we have to level 2 additional 50s while working on the leveling guides. Furthermore, NCSoft continues to change the earning of XP in the game, making it a challenge to keep our guides accurate. All of these factors are causing great delays in finishing both guides entirely to 50.
