Who we are

We are two avid gamers who have played hundreds of games in all sorts of genres. Having just graduated, we felt that our knowledge and expertise could be used for something other than just being at the top of our current game. We felt that we could share our knowledge and expertise with everyone else. Thus, this site was born!

In every game we play, we use the names, Krinadon™ and Faiona™. Because of this, we are known as Krin and Fai to all of our friends. Therefore, we felt that it would be fitting to name our guides and our website after those names. We wanted everyone to be able to recognize a name and not just a type of guide. Below, we will go into detail of what games we have played and the accomplishments we have made in the gaming community. In order to keep the list brief, we will only discuss the MMORPGs that we have played.

Everquest: The first MMORPG that either of us played was Everquest. We both began and currently reside on the Bristlebane (Solusek Ro) server. Krinadon is a Level 85 Wood Elf Ranger and Faiona is a Level 85 Halfling Druid. Our most recent playing time lasted until the end of 2008, where we retired our accounts for the time being (I say the time being because we have retired our accounts many times before!). Combined, our accounts have over 10 years of experience and our characters have almost 1000 days played. We have seen just about every raid zone and raid boss in the game throughout its 10 year history, including its current expansion. Although there are hundreds of fond memories from Everquest, we will move onto our next game since we currently offer no guides on Everquest. World of Warcraft: WoW was the second MMORPG that we played. Although we stuck with Everquest for over 6 months after WoW's release, we eventually hopped on the bandwagon in May of 2005. Throughout our career in WoW, there has been two Krinadon's, but just one Faiona. Originally, Krinadon was a Night Elf Hunter and Faiona was a Night Elf Priest on the Medivh (US) server. We raided with the server's top guild and were present for a few world first kills during the Naxxramas release. However, in the fall of 2006 we temporarily quit WoW to pursue other game interests. We eventually return to WoW in the summer of 2007. It was at this point that the second Krinadon was created, a Gnome Warlock. Shortly after returning, we transfered servers to the Garona (US) server and began our own guild, Celestial Divinity. Having only two members in October of 2007, we built the guild up to a Black Temple status guild by January of 2008. However, due to an overpopulated server (which led to a lack of recruitment) and a lack of morale within the guild, it collapsed shortly after. It was at this point that we retired from WoW once again; only to return in the winter of 2009. Since then, we have been leveling lots of characters and working hard to gather all sorts of useful information that we are putting into guides. We do not currently play our main Krinadon or Faiona too often, but Krinadon still resides on the Garona (US) server and Faiona now resides on the Executus (US) server. Vanguard, Saga of Heroes: After quitting WoW in the fall of 2006, we began to pursue the new and, at the time, highly anticipated MMORPG: Vanguard, Saga of Heroes. When the game finally went live, we full-heartedly gave it a shot. Krinadon was a Level 41 Thestran Human Ranger and Faiona was a Level 41 Thestran Human Blood Mage - both on the Seradon server. We eventually quit Vanguard due to the incredibly dwindling player base and the endless amounts of problems the game had. If you are interested in viewing our profiles, you may do so here:

After Vanguard, before we return to WoW, we played both Everquest 2 and Lineage 2. However, we only played for a month or two on each and were not very interested. We cannot remember the server, class, or really any information about the characters we played for these games. Hopefully, you aren't too concerned!

Aion, The Tower of Eternity: Aion has been our most highly anticipated MMORPG to date. Before the game was even released in Korea, we began following it. However, information was incredibly scarce, and for the most part, NCSoft had not even confirmed an English-based client yet. Once the game was released in November in Korea, we became even more excited about the game as videos and more information became available. As the Chinese client's release approached, we caught wind of the opportunity to play it. We quickly jumped on the opportunity and took part in the Chinese Open Beta. Once the game went live, we began and still are paying to play their version of the game.

In the Chinese client, and ultimately the English client, Krinadon is an Asmodian Chanter and Faiona is an Asmodian Cleric. We have reached up to Level 45, but are experts for going from Level 1 to 35 on both sides. Before the English client goes live, we plan on being experts from Level 1 to 45 (sadly, the Chinese client will not be loaded with the first patch until our release). We are very excited to have the opportunity to share our expertise with you.

Once the game is launched and we begin playing it, we will consistently update this section in order to keep everyone up to date!
